2. Provide healthy academic environment which gives the learners the opportunities to experience hand-on activities leading concretely.
3. Provide staff development program for continuous upgrading of teachers in order to ensure efficient and effective teaching-learning process.
4. Elicit involvement and cooperation of parents and the community as vital partners in education.
